Since we are an oral teething product, returns are not available. If you have a product that is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 832-844-9190 and we will get back to you!
Our Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of the order received.
Three Hearts is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or addresses. It is the customers responsibility to include correct shipping information. We will do our best to contact you if a problem with an address occurs. Three Hearts does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed, misdirected, or lost due to an inaccurate shipping address. We take every step to ensure that your orders are delivered safely, but we take no responsibilities for lost packages by USPS or theft when the tracking indicates delivered.
If there is an issue with your order due to a missing item, etc. We take full responsibility and will rectify your order with free shipping on us. Please contact us at email@example.com with any issues.
Out of Stock: Out of stock items are items that we do not plan on restocking. If you place an order with an item that becomes out of stock, we will contact you directly to correct your order.
